How does it work

The DocAppalti.com platform can be used by both the Customer and the Supplier.

The Customer, after registering on the platform, and having purchased a number of contracts, creates the contract and invites the supplier to insert the required documents on the DocAppalti.com portal. The supplier will insert the required documentation including the expiry date.

The Customer has the possibility of creating contracts with multiple suppliers, thus being able to manage multiple interventions directly from the platform by checking the correct management on the Gantt chart. The Customer can then view the documentation present, the deadline from the platform, and can control the entry of suppliers by checking the badges.

In addition to responding to the invitations of the Customers, the Supplier after registering on the platform and purchasing a number of \"invitations\", has the possibility to invite one or more customers to view the documents made available to them on the platform without having to send the same documentation. It also allows the supplier to manage the documentation of the sub-suppliers and make it available to the Customer.

Only .pdf files can be uploaded on the platform and each one of them cannot exceed the maximum size of 30 MB

For the Customer: the time required to manage the necessary documentation and information is reduced, delegating the loading and updating of the same to the supplier with a reduction in internal labor costs; All current contracts can be managed, including through the use of a Gantt chart.

For the Supplier: Once the documents are placed on the platform, they can be shared with multiple clients and it will be their responsibility to consult and / or copy them. It is also possible to request documents from sub-suppliers, giving the customer the possibility to consult and / or copy them.

For All: guarantee of compliance with procedures and deadlines; Elimination of paper documentation; management of access and blocking authorizations for suppliers who do not meet the necessary requirements.
